apply to Skirmish 2. There is no minimum on the number of players
you bring into battle.
Same goes with the "team cap". The portal announcement is simply pointing out that the maximum number of players per battle has been increased, since Skirmish 1, to 10 players.
The maximum number of players you may register to your team is 15.

Captain_Judo: There is no points cap for Skirmish 2. However, mindful that each
battle is 10 vs 10, you are limited to 31 total tier points.
