I'm an Australian gamer and I usually anchor my WGNA event time zone adjustments from your published UTC times.
Now that we're getting close to the start of this tourney I've just noticed some dodgy time zone numbers and conversions contained within the published info. Being a visual kinda guy I figured it easiest (hopefully) to demonstrate the errors/ambiguities, as follows (my edits/queries are in red, with footnotes below):

Schedule
Round-robin Qualifier Rounds: November 16thRound 1: 6:00PM PST (9PM EST, 01:00AM[*1] UTC the following day)
Round 2: 6:20 PM PST (9[:20?]PM EST, 01:20AM[*1] UTC the following day)
Final number of rounds TBA at close of registration, up to a maximum of 9 rounds Playoffs & Tiebreakers: November 17thTiebreakers Rounds: 1:00-3:00PM PST (4:00-6:00PM EST, 07:00-9:00PM[*2] UTC)
Round 1: 3:30PM PST (6:30PM EST, 09:30PM[*2] UTC)
Round 2: 5:30PM PST (8:30PM EST, 11:30PM[*2] UTC)
Round 3: 7:30PM PST (10:30PM EST, 01:30AM[*2] UTC the following day) Playoffs & Finals: November 18thRound 4 (Quarter-finals): 2:00PM PST (5:00PM EST, 08:00PM[*2] UTC)
Round 5 (Semi-finals): 4:00PM PST (7:00PM EST, 10:00PM[*2] UTC)

Notes:
[*1] The UTC times shown here are EST +4 hours. Since Daylight Saving Time in the US has now ended for the season, the UTC offset is back to normal, being EST +5 hours.
[*2] The UTC times shown here are EST +3 hours(!). Again, the correct time shift for UTC is currently EST +5 hours.
Can an admin please make the necessary time corrections (to either PST/EST or UTC), so we international players can schedule ourselves for the correct time?
