In current meta is elc even 90 or lt432 worth it?

CabbageMechanic: Both vehicles are excellent, LT-432 is a ridiculous all-rounder and the Even 90 is the true Patrician's choice of scout vehicle.  Just keep an eye out for wheelie boys liable to spot you en route to your passive spotting location and be real patient, both vehicles become more useful each time an enemy vehicle gets knocked out.
