Too long, didn't read 1. The initial HE test with low values was a mechanics test to make sure the new shell design functioned and at the lowest possible values2. The second iteration set HE damage to the maximum range of values3. Today's iteration will be somewhere in the middle4. None of these experiments are anywhere close to being delivered to the live server, but if you would like to test them and give us your feedback please do so!
