Apologies for the delay in response, I had a death in the family last night and missed the bell today.
We messed up on the article today - the Caernarvon AX was never intended to be available for gold and that's why it wasn't available for it in the client. This was corrected as soon as we became aware of the discrepancy.
A'ing some other Q's:
Where is my SANTAMAUS/KRAMPUSVAGN winner's loot?
CS has an open task investigating why the auto payout hasn't completed, not sure when it will be resolved but all who are owed will be paid out
Why were other Advent Calendar bundles available for gold but not the CaernAX?
I can see where people are coming from on this one, this is the first year we've offered these bundles for gold at all and it is new territory. I will be sharing this feedback with the store goblins in the New Year.
Where is X/Y/Z from other Servers?
NA is its own server and will continue to be so. We have and do things other servers don't, and vice versa. Over the coming days, you might notice some things we're doing that other servers aren't. Keep an eye on the News Page to stay updated - other regions won't always be relevant.
