hope they address others postings as well. matchmaking is a big
topic that keeps going on day in and day out because if it really
worked then there would be less if not none saying anything about
it. if someone brings up "hey add this to the program" and you
forward that on and the development team just cant make it work
then gee i dont know, how about they sent back a note saying they
tried to make it work but it just isnt a doable thing. adding
a few details lends some credibility to it as well. to which then
people can then point to "hey they tried to make it work but it
just cant" that quiets that crowd alotCabbageMechanic: We have recently addressed matchmaker and the process
of updating here.
As far as that sort of specific feedback, we do our best but it is not practical or even possible to do so on an individual level. NA is one of the smaller regions for World of Tanks and we still receive thousands of ideas, suggestions, and pieces of feedback a week. Generally in software development resources are allocated to specific projects several months in advance, so there is no one sitting idly waiting for ideas to come in and try because they are constantly working on something that was conceived beforehand. We do what we can to raise the issues players find important to that process so resources can be allocated to them, but not all players (and even developers) are ever going to agree on the chosen scheduling.
