CabbageMechanic:   We aren't.  There are many, many more thousands of players using mod packs than have been banned.  I have personally investigated several cases where this claim was made because I was very concerned about this exact situation.  What we generally found is that most people who truly hadn't used illegal mods but were hit had shared their account at some point.
