compensation Friday (or very early Saturday). CS will help
you sort it out in that ticket.

I wish it did, that would be far easier and more preferable,
but in the meantime the small percentage of eligible players who
experienced issues will be best served by taking the extra step to
submit a ticket so we can be sure they get their stuff.
