It might not just be on your end, I just can't replicate it at the moment. I asked CS to keep an eye out for more tickets with the same problem to see if there's a pattern.
Imgur is the best bet for image posting here, easy to upload and then you can just insert the file location URL into the Image box (see highlighted):
