We appreciate your patience and understanding while we fixed the problem.
Players come first, and we know you were disappointed and frustrated to discover the game was offline. All players that had Premium Time running into the outage will be automatically credited 1 day of Premium within 24 hours. We will now begin to assess what other compensation is necessary, and communicate that in a future message. Please stay tuned for additional information on redress, including other events impacted by the outage.
