For this purpose "affected player" means anyone with a login within 24 hours of the issue. If you are having connection issues that are persisting please submit a technical support ticket, they aren't server-wide but our team can gather data and see where your issue lies.
The total compensation package is completed and some of it has already gone out. It contains: 1 Day Premium Time 1 Expedition Token 100 Tank Rewards Points Everyone working on the Care Package Zulu missions gets bumped up a reward level.
You may have received some or all of these already, they are going out in waves. Reminder that if you lost any boosters to the outage you can submit a ticket to get those specific ones back.
