Eight days now for my ticket...Any time now? Moderators?

AgentXIII: Hey everyone,   Thanks for your patience, we do have a lot of tickets and are getting through them as fast as possible. Tank returns are usually easy and fast to complete so if a tank restoration has been sitting for 8 days its possible that the ticket is sitting in the wrong queue.    I have CSR's right now looking for the tickets in question, however please don't start spamming this thread with ticket ID's as this won't get your ticket answered faster.   @Azukoto, none of the staff currently viewing is a moderator =)
