So does WG even bother to accept reports with replays anymore?

AgentXIII:   Yes this does mean that 37% of our reports would also need to be looked at in tickets.  If that extra 37% of reports happened in game, would the ticket be necessary?  37% more reports, does not mean 37% more players violated rules and were punished, there are many many many bogus reports that include tickets without replays, tickets where a player attached 8 replays and did not provide timestamps or any other information. Multiple tickets on the same offense, I could go on, but that 37% does not mean we have 37% of players getting away with rule violations.   We have been lighter in restricting accounts lately though, and we can go back to being more strict, it sounds like this thread wants that, but do a search through our forums real fast for posts about how we are too harsh, or unfair. I know some of these threads have been removed, but if you've been part of our community for any length of time, I'm sure you've seen these posts.   Lastly, and this is for Rake, I still can't let you know exactly what we receive through this system, but take a second to open a replay with a text editor and just believe me when I tell you that we receive all the information we need for an investigation without receiving a replay from a player in a ticket.    I want to say sorry again to everyone for how this system is perceived, this thread is a testament to failure in our messaging that I will take responsibility for, and will make an effort to improve our messaging going forward.   I do really want to hear from the community though, and not just this thread, about whether or not we should go back to being more strict with the restrictions we place on rule violators. (maybe a poll?)
