So does WG even bother to accept reports with replays anymore?

Дата: 21.05.2015 00:35:30
AgentXIII: {I would like to reiterate that the TK system is automated, and apologize again as I had edited my previous post for this fact. This system does track team damage and apply/escalate restrictions accordingly. This means that if you are a player that bumps into someone and turns blue, you either bump into someone a lot, or you actively shoot your team on a regular basis. The system is not that hair sensitive.   The complaints menu system is not the same as the TK system and the complaints menu system does provide us with everything we need, with the exception of bots. There are some very sophisticated bots, and yes a replay helps, but just because a player looks like a bot in a replay does not mean they are actually a bot. I have people on my team pretty good at bot detection, but yes, not everyone will get caught.   About how much a player has spent in our game? I'm sorry, my support staff does not cater to the person who has the most money invested, each and every player is upheld to the same policies without exception.   I would like to address some of the questions asked thus far; No the complaints system doesn't send us a replay. But we do obtain the data we need for an investigation. I can't really disclose what this is though. (hint: I bet the modding community knows) Physics abuse is addressed, "in game" harassment can be addressed, in garage cannot, Tank blocking, actually let me just say that we're still working on how we want to handle bots. We won't be expanding the list of actions that can be reported yet, but we are discussing changing some of them for better clarification. We won't be renovating or restarting the system, but it will be made more efficient in time.  We currently feel that we've been pretty light on handing out punishments lately, but we can always get more strict if that's how the player-base really feels. What my staff does... without giving away too much, one person per shift goes through as many reports as possible, which is often 15x more than going through the tickets, but having the same information at hand, while also removing the need for a time stamp in a replay or asking the reporting player for more information. I.E. please send us a replay making the report take longer to address as it passes another cycle in the ticket queue. This system can be trusted as much as you trust the people reading the tickets, so if you already don't trust our support, this system won't shouldn't make that worse, its the same people, going through the same stuff, just in a method where we don't need a ticket to investigate the issue. This system isn't too much different than excepting tickets, its just faster. This system change was put in place a loooong time ago, we here in NA were just using the complaints menu and taking tickets for these items at the same time. We reviewed a years worth of data before deciding to stop taking tickets and using the complaints menu only.  Using outside help? We had that back in 2012, we had community moderators, unfortunately we had to end this, legal issues, over my head, but I know we can't bring it back. (I think some of our community moderators are still around)   Sorry folks, gotta cut this short, I have a meeting to be at in 2 minutes. I'll check back soon.
