TECH SUPPORT IS A BOT?

AgentXIII: Hrmm it seems this conversation has digressed a little and gone off topic.   The primary issue at hand that I see, is that Customer Support is unable to really investigate issues on modded clients when it comes to bug investigations and a lot of Technical issues. Without this thread however, we may have kept spinning in circles as now we have an investigation going for this awesomium folder in res_mods instead of just res.   I feel that this forum thread, was highly beneficial even if it took a turn for the worse. I will now be locking this thread down and un-approving some content, but will leave the thread up so that it may serve as a reminder that sometimes its the community that figures out the issue when support cannot.
