Player skill-cap in WOT?

Perhaps there's a certain class of tank more conducive to skillful play. My guess would be the light tank or medium tank.
If you have some examples of times where you felt you outskilled your opponents I'd love to hear them.
ARGO: At best, You are at the mercy of the weakest players on your
team....Winning is based primarily on how your team performs and
listens and looks at the minimap and how well your plan "if you
have one" unfolds. Communication is key.
