Game Bias theory.

Many new players that didn't know how to play chose said tanks because of the rumors that they were overpowered. Because of the amount of bad players playing these tanks, it drove the stats down, leading the devs to think that the tank is fine just because the averages said they were equal. I have noticed that some KV drivers can absolutely own a match and make a major difference, while other drivers simply roll up, park, and start shooting. Easy target for arty. They don't last very long.
