How do you destroy an IS-4?

The reason the person you are refering to, Deathtouch, has a high win percentage in the T34 is because the kid has virtually no life to speak of. He grinded every day all day for a week after launch (no job? no friends? well isn't he "lucky") and was the first to get to tier 9, or one of a very small handful. So he had the benefit of ALWAYS being the strongest tank on his team. Also, he plays with his butt buddies 90% of his battles. So he has inflated and totally misleading statistics. Being the strongest tank EVERY SINGLE GAME (and being with your coordinated teamates/clanmates) does wonders for your win percentage.
You say that like he is facing IS-4 after IS-4 and outplaying them. Not at all.
Any IS-4 player half as skilled as Deathtouch will have at least a 50% chance of beating him in his T34 one on one. I can guarantee you anyone equally as skilled as him in an IS-4 would beat him 90% of the time one on one in an IS-4 versus T34 battle. This "skill" I mention is all relative by the way.
