Putting TANKS first in WoT

I propose limiting any single game to a maximum of 2 artillery pieces per team, and a maximum of 2 tank destroyers per team. This leaves room for tanks in this tank game. I understand this could leave some people in the lobby longer. While understandable, either play a tank or accept the wait because as it is now, the ratio of tanks to other combat vehicles is beyond stupid. Arty needs scouts, but if there are no tanks, who is scouting? And TD's never made up a battle force in any part of WWII, they were always complimentary or called up as reserves.
I know the matchmaker has all kinds of other stupid problems, but this seems to be a VERY easy fix.

ARGO: If they were to limit to 2 arty and or TDs, you would be waiting quite a while to get a descent match much like in tier 10 matches. Also your idea also limits the players, platoons, and companies choices of vehicles because if you are seeing a lot of TDs, it means more players are chosing them which means your idea "even made though with good intentions" would most likely tick off a lot of arty + TD fanboys. So I guess what I am trying to say is give the oncoming patch a chance first and let's not further limit our choices ingame of what we drive because being human we all like choices.
