Game Mode Idea-Hardcore

ARGO: My idea of Harcore would be:
Make all tanks of thier tiers have indenticle stats meaning no matter if you picked a T-54, Pershing, or Panther 2 they would all be equal. Doing this would force all players to win by sheer teamwork and skill alone......
or
give everytank a 50/50 chance of penetration and if it does, it's an instakill and no flags. "Now thats hardcore"
