OMG my crew has alzheimer's disease

ARGO: It is rather silly that a tank crew suddenly forgets how to handle a tank they were in and has to retrain for it. I say make it so elited tank crews do not have to retrain if their tanks are elited too. The other ideas before mine are equally good as well, I like the buy more slots one too.
