Would America have used Atomic bomb on Germany?

ARGO: BTW and just for the record, Japan surprise attacked the US on a Sunday. We declared war on Germany. I am sure there definately was some damn hard feelings toward Japan for it's actions starting a war with the US with a sneak attack. Very similar to why Russia went after Germany with a vengeance as well.
