Game crashes before battle begins

ARGO: My friend "Devildogs" has this game and he complained he cannot join battles because when he hits the red button for battle and then during the screen showing the line up of tanks his game crashes. The game always gets to this point then crashes. Can anyone tell me whats going on so I can help him fix the issue?
