Win 7 and XP What i miss ?

ARGO: Yes, I build PCs too for a hobby and I will tell you that 90% of your problem is likely the lack of a descent video card. You may want to go online and pick up a good one. I like the Nvida but some folks like ATI. It's your choice but do not skimp because you get what you pay for trust me.
