Win 7 and XP What i miss ?

ARGO: Consider 2 options then:
1. Look into a much better router but before you do, power down your router wait 1 minute then restart before your game. "This sometimes helps".
2. Talk to your service provider and possibly if you can "Up" your service to a faster network.
The things that usually cause lag are: Crappy router, Not enough RAM, Crappy video card, Poor internet service.
It's always important to have a real good video card with a real good memory cach of it's own becaue it takes a huge load of of your CPU and increses game performance greatly. Look into a card with at least 1 gig of memory built in and trust me, you will be happy.
