Terrible Ping during game

1LT_Dwayne: I have a replay to share. The only thing I can see for my 2nd shot on the KV-2 is that my internet connection was not good but my ping seems reasonable. Maybe some explanation how ping and fps works? I think the first shot landed on the left side of his turret but not sure.http://wotreplays.eu...1lt_dwayne-is-2
