The issue is in playerbase skill/understanding the game mechanics and playing your role correctly. There is a reason why NA is bottom of the barrel. RNG has nothing to do with it. Currently, those who are lesser skilled or maybe unlucky have a better chance at turning the tables with +/-25.
Lower/no RNG will just eliminate those who are average/below as luck will no longer be a factor and they will have an even lower chance at winning and/or turning the tables around.
1LT_Dwayne: True that it wont reduce blowouts but the battle experience would
be better. If you need a luck factor to have your 1 out of 10 good
game I don't think this is the game for you.
