Commemorate Remembrance Day with November Tank Rewards

vuque:  In this event, the decision of giving a certain tank as a reward made by us is irrelevant to the decision you made in the past to buy a certain tank. We are currently making a new event and we decided to give this tank as a reward. The same thing applied to many different tanks in many different cases, sometimes we gifted/gave away/ made it available for other resources such as bonds/credits for some of the tanks we have sold in the past. That doesn't mean that we have to give refunds to everyone who has purchased those tanks before, just because we decided to make it available by other means. Purchasing the tank was your decision and nobody forced you to do so. And on contrary to your claim, we are offering you credit compensation for your efforts while we could simply say; no compensation and these are separate things. However, you are accusing us of being disrespectful to you just because we are not offering you a later date refund. Don't get me wrong, we do appreciate the decision you made in the past to purchase those tanks. Congratulations to you! You decided to support the game you like and enjoy which is a good thing in my opinion and glad that you enjoyed it while doing so! That is something quite important for us and we truly appreciate that. However, holding this as a weapon and trying to use it to get what you want is not something we appreciate. That is what I am trying to explain here. Just my 2 cents.
