vuque: The bright lights on Mirny-13 3D styles (Leopard 1, E50,
E50M, Panther II) was a graphical bug that looked especially ugly
on sunny Random Maps. We fixed it in the micro patch, and in the
patch note it's under "various technical issues". Right now it is
fixed and we are not considering further changes at this moment.
