vuque:  In a software development environment, sometimes you can't deliver on time and/or sometimes you deliver on time but the outcome of the product wouldn't be on the desired/promised quality. Because of that we are usually trying to be careful with our promises but as we can see from this case, still there are things we can learn and improve. We do appreciate your understanding on that matter.

vuque:  As I explained earlier, releasing new tanks and game mode development are done by different departments and I would like to tell you something about releasing new premium tanks; It is not a thing to be a shamed of on the contrary of many of the players are trying to portray. We are a company trying to make profit like any other company and our goal is to do so while providing you guys (consumers) an enjoyable product (game) and experience with a product we enjoy working on. In order to keep the lights open for over 25 offices around the globe and provide the salaries of over 5.000 employee's in those offices we will need to create products to sell, let's accept this because if we address this and accept it as it is we can focus on enjoying the game more instead of putting the blame of everything else on this!
