incorrect answer provided to you in the ticket response. Regardless
of the number of transactions, you will be reimbursed up to 20k but
unfortunately, we didn't process the reimbursements yet and this is
why you don't have the gold back at this moment. Hopefully, we will
be able to process the reimbursements next week and you should be
reimbursed up to 20k. If that wouldn't be the case next week,
please feel free to send me a PM so we can look into this further.
