Removed Speed Governor

vuque: Like 4-5 years ago, I had an awesome platoon with IS-7's loaded with removed speed governor + oil and rushing into the places where the enemy is not expecting you. It was great fun and that night we had like 90% win rate. You just reminded me good old days.
