game fails to connect to battle

The hot issues are:
1. When was the first time you spotted that the client did not load you in the battle?
2. Was it for the first time, actually?
3. Were there any changes applied to the system or computer (new hardware or software)?
4. Does the problem still persist?
Do the following steps:
- Try to defrag the disc, where the game is installed.
- Attach the python.log. This file can be found in the root folder, where the game is installed.
- Send us your dxdiag-file to get a clear picture of your computer characteristics.
(Click «Start». Select and press «Run». Type "dxdiag" and press "OK". In the appeared window choose "Save all information". After you've saved the file attach to the post.)
