thePhilX:  as there is no obligation to be in the same clan, the rewards are directly distributed towards the players.It is on the team's leadership to decide the share (usually everyone should get roughly 1/n with n=number of players, but maybe some replacement player was not very active or team members value certain resources higher than others and internally trade some, so it can be adjusted).
