thePhilX: as written in the rules, there are no tank limitations for
the qualification matches but starting from the Group Stage, the
tank selection is limited to Tech tree and collector vehicles, not
including the EBR 105.

players per team. If you are just starting with tournaments, I
recommend trying some 1v1, 2v2 or 3v3 games where you can play
alone or with some friends. We have them also on tier IV, VI, VIII
and IX. so you have to own the tanks you want to use in the
tournament
