Introducing new game modes!

Was this ever publicised (I'm pretty regular on the website and forums and never saw any mention of it, maybe i'm just blind, who knows), but if it wasn't, this will catch out a lot of people who convert xp post 7.4. Can anyone else confirm this as i'm not in game to check atm thanks.
