Hi,
First of all you need to enable the 'Battle recording' function in the 'Game' tab of the in-game settings.
If you want to watch it after the battle please make sure you close the game client. Next open the game folder (default location: C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\) and search for REPLAYS folder there. All your battle recordings are being stored in the folder for you.
In order to run it just click on the the battle recording file with an extension *.wotreplay.
