parim1331:  Buying 10 or 15 tanks with 15% discount is still a huge portion of credits saved.

parim1331:  You have to research enough modules/vehicles prior that lead up to that certain vehicle. For example, you cannot buy a Tier X tank when you only have a Tier III vehicle in that line, even if you have maxed it out with blueprints.
