parim1331: As far as I know, WGC only updates the game, and does not
interfere with it, when the game is running. Although I would still
recommend you writing a support ticket with necessary logs
included

Technically I'm free to participate. But i own a couple T7's, no
T8's, let alone T9's. So imo I cant meaningfully participate.
parim1331: Before this event, we almost only had 3D skins for Tier
X vehicles, and if I recall correctly, this has been done based on
the feedback left on previous 3D skins.
