There are several people in the forums stating the same issue, so something is not right with GC 3.3.1 and macs - it was working fine before then on pre-Catalina macs, but now it seems entirely broken. Rather unhelpfully, when putting in a support ticket to report the issue, the response was simply “we don’t support macs”.
