Can you please fix this already?

iScending: Yes. Yes we should. Oh....   Not everything can be fixed at the snap of the fingers (trust me, I've tried!) and somethings are more intricate than others. We always try to iron out problems that arise after an update is released and we will try and get this rectified as well :).
