Patch 9.1 : Tiger P nerf is uncalled for & unnecessary!

iScending: Ok so I figured I should address here since I was perhaps a little unclear.   1. The notes that are online are not final. They are pre-patch notes and chances are that what you see there will never make it in the final patch. We do this quite frequently and with each reiteration of the patch, the notes are changed. 2. I've never denied the existence of the notes, all I said was that I've not seen them :). 3. Devs don't make changes "for the fun of it". They look at a whole bunch of data before making any decisions on changes and this is where the test realm comes in. The numbers may point to X needing to be changed but in reality, changes to X may make the game less enjoyable and hence not worth doing. In this case, you'd see see "X was changed" on the first patch notes but when the next iteration was published that line would be removed or crossed out.   Again, guys, we don't have any more specific details to share at this moment but when we do they will be published for all to see :).
