Complaint about the WGL code issue

iScending: No need for ALL CAPS POSTS, we still read threads.   Whilst we understand that the code incident was far from ideal and we do sincerely apologize for it, you need to understand that we will not be giving some form of "compensation". We gave players something for free and instead of gratitude we get players demanding compensation. This, to me, makes no sense.   You get a code for free, this code happens to be claimed, now you feel entitled to compensation because.... why? Did you pay for it? No. Did you do something extra for it? No.    The code situation has been forwarded already and hopefully it won't be an issue in future but please understand that creating "official petitions" or making other "demands" won't do anything as we won't be giving any "compensation".
