No Gifts and Codes for other Communities?

iScending: I'm locking this before it goes even further off rails.   Anyone is able to participate in the stream chat for their chance to win the prize, however, since we have a few fully supported languages we decided to make one specific stream for each of them since it's the 3rd anniversary. Going "Omg WG isn't supporting my language, racist / discriminating!" is so misguided and naive that it's not even funny. We can't give each language their own stream for many reasons and I really don't think I should have to explain this.   If you don't speak Spanish, German, Polish etc then watch the English stream, you should have no trouble understanding it.
