English speaking server?

iScending: This comes up now and then and I'll reiterate what we've said in the past:   There will never be language specific servers. 
Not only would it create a more fractured community it would also result in longer wait times and a smaller player base (depending on your language). Plus, it would be impossible to enforce.   We encourage the use of English in the game but please be respectful to players that aren't as fluid in it as you may be.  Thread locked since it's a duplicate.
