buy premium currency in other games with the same credit card

company in Malta and can confirm that this kind of error is related
to the payment provider, not us. Contact Skrill and
explain when the error message appears and what you are
trying to do, they will be able to check your account and see what
needs to be verified. If your card gets denied speak
with your bank. It could be something as simple as the card not
being able to use Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure (depending
on the card), or something else.
