Stats and their impact on game play

iScending: Stats can be a blessing and a curse. I'm an achievement guy myself and sometimes I really feel a need to complete all achievements for a specific game (CoD 2 gave possible signature cards if you completed some stuff so this got a fair share of hours!).    The same goes for my stats. I was really close to over 4k rating (whiii :p) and I felt a "need" to get that "magic" number. It went over, under, over and under until I managed to go on a descent streak and now I'm around 4020. Not stellar at all, but when I see it, I feel proud.
This is the key thing with stats in my view. If you like your stats then all is well in the world. Get the stats you want for you, if someone else feels the need to call you on that your stats aren't as "leet" as theirs then just ignore them, they ain't worth your time.
