Idea: remove "siema" from the chat

We won't design a system that allows players to censor certain
words themselves I'm afraid, and since "siema" isn't cursing it
won't be included in the list.

chat system we are working on ;). We are still working on a new and
improved chat alas it is not going to be released until further in
the year (I hope) so this, this is just something players can
utilize until that time comes.
