iScending: I'm actually going to be locking this thread as I think it will spiral out of control very quickly, however, I will answer your question :).   The truth of the matter is that I've not read the document above nor am I any way, shape or form, qualified to explain the what it means in reality. What I do know is that it has been discussed in the past and the answer give was that just because a patent exists it's no proof that it is being actively used. For example Apple holds a whole bunch of patents yet never do anything with them.   In short OP, take the document with a grain of salt. Does it belong to Wargaming? Yes. Does this document prove that MM is rigged? No. Should you feel outraged at this document? Not really.
