How come non English speaking mods are moderating English speaking community?

iScending: I'm going to lock this thread since it has derailed into a "this mod is so bad" and "no this mod is worse".    Why do we have non-English native speakers doing the moderation?
Because we have a huge non-English player base using the EN forum. If you had to pick between a person that speaks English and a second language that is used by a fair few players or someone that speaks only English, what would you pick? From a business sense it's an easy choice.   If you feel you have been unjustifiably punished please read the post from Ectar above about how to get them reviewed and possibly overturned.
